Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Every order is packed with intention before it leaves our studio. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are in addition to processing time and vary based on your location.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship using a combination of USPS, FedEx, and UPS. PO Box and APO/FPO addresses can only be delivered via USPS, so orders shipped to these address types will go out with USPS. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Email us at info@staiddry.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Staid Dry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we're happy to reship it once the customer covers the additional shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Staid Dry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
